Game stutters when loading things that get closer to the player. Might be only for planes. Has been confirmed by other players. It's a recent problem, hasn't been present before.

It is also noticeable when starting a mission with planes nearby.

Can you record in video and share on YouTube, to see how it different from what I experience?
This happening to me since I started played MOD 4.312 Cliffs version. Still happening when game loads aircraft with custom skin that needs to be decoded to .dds and saved to cache folder. So, if I restart mission there will be less stutters or no stutters at all.
P.S. My CloD cache folder is stored on NVMe SSD (about 1.7GB/s R/W).
P.P.S. Though... could be related to 5.042 *** Fixed a memory corruption bug when loading a texture in a second thread.

ok, so i pinpointed that for me the stutter is noticeable when OBS is recording
unfortunately i started using it recently so i don't know if there was actually a difference in the latest patch revised, still the video is representative
I got it on video in this link: https://youtu.be/3IGqkK8PgvM

new tests. it is not a problem with OBS, got it also by using the lighter geforce app. best way to recreate the stutter is restarting windows (tried memory flushing with RAMMap but it's not consistent)
now i recorded a real heavy stutter here:
