Show all hidden chat messages again when chat window activated #11

Currently chat window hide every message after specified timeout and you no longer can read them. It is nice to have them disappear when chat windows is inactive.
But it will be really great that if player activated chat window (by pressing open chat button) all hidden messages within specified history length (in window options) will be shown again until chat stays in active state. As soon as chat window deactivated, all timed out messages should disappear again.
