Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

When "SkinDownload=0" in "confs.ini" (or "conf.ini") custom skins player applying to their aircraft are not displayed even when other players have similar skins.
It will be better to make server provide information about all skins of all aircrafts flying on the server. So, if client has skins with same name, game will use local custom skin (without downloading), otherwise it will just use default skin.
Implementation
Both server and client "SkinDownload=0". So, players see only skins they have on their disk.
Server "SkinDownload=1" and client "SkinDownload= X". Players who disabled skins download see only skins they have on their disk. Players who enabled skins download get all the skins from server.
The reasons for feature request are the following.
Current implementation is:
no custom skins - no way to have historically correct custom skins. Event those made by TFS and distributed with the game.
when custom skins enabled player often use crazy skins those can't be moderated at all.
In FTC historical campaign BoX allow us to have two versions of skins packs:
Full historical uncensored skins.
Censored skins.
So, player decides which skins he will see. If he decides to alternate skins it will be only on his side, and everyone else will be unaffected.
For others it will benefit in:
Reduce network traffic by downloading skins.
Make sure players will not see custom crazy pink pony skins if they do not want that.
Allow to see in MP custom skins made by TFS those distributed with game through steam.
